Yes! Your training plan will be tailored to your needs and can incorporate elements of the gym with calisthenics. If you feel stagnant over time, you'll receive a plan update at no additional cost.

This depends on your current level of advancement. After completing a detailed survey, you'll receive an estimate of how long it will take to achieve your goal—it could be a month or even six months. If you stick to the guidelines, success is guaranteed.
I conduct training sessions in a private studio at 25/4 Zabłocie Street in Krakow. All you need is comfortable sportswear and a willingness to get active. I also offer calisthenics park training sessions, weather permitting.
