Physical products
All physical products (e.g. clothing, training accessories) are shipped via InPost – Parcel Lockers 24/7.
- Order processing time: up to 3 business days from the moment the payment is received.
- Delivery time: usually 1-2 business days from the time of shipment.
- Shipping cost: in line with the current InPost price list, visible in the basket when placing the order.
- Track your shipment: After shipping, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the package status.

Digital products
Digital products (training plans, access to online materials, consultations, etc.) are delivered automatically via email or via platform access – depending on the type of product.
- Delivery time: immediately after payment is received (or as specified in the product description).
- Shipping costs: do not apply to digital products – they are free.
