Regulations of the online store bartek-kruk.pl

§1. General information

  1. Online store available at www.bartek-kruk.pl is run by: Bartholomew Kruk, conducting business activity under the name Bartholomew Kruk, Tax Identification Number: 5512659897, REGON: 525131490.
  2. These regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, payments, delivery, complaints and withdrawal from the contract.

§2. Shop offer

  1. The store allows you to purchase:
    • physical products (e.g. clothing, sports equipment),
    • digital products (e.g. training plans, access to video materials),
    • services (e.g. online consultations, mentoring, training packages).
  2. All prices listed in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, where applicable.

§3. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the store's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Creating an account is not required to place an order.
  3. The customer is obliged to provide correct contact and address details.
  4. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming it.

§4. Payments

  1. The store uses a payment operator Przelewy24, supporting, among others, BLIK, online transfers, payment cards and Apple Pay.
  2. Payments are made in advance – no cash on delivery option.

§5. Delivery

  1. Physical products are delivered within Poland via InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7.
  2. The order processing time is maximum 3 business days from the moment the payment is recorded.
  3. Digital products are sent automatically after payment is received, electronically to an email address or via platform access, depending on the product type.
  4. Delivery costs are given when placing your order.

§6. Returns and complaints

Returns of physical products:

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of a physical product without giving any reason within the time limit 14 calendar days upon receipt of the goods.
  2. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
  4. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.

Digital products and services:

  1. Digital products (training plans, access to materials, online courses) and services (e.g. consultations) are not refundable after they have been made available or provided if the user has agreed to commence the provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Complaints:

  1. In the event of receiving a defective product or irregularities related to the execution of the order, the Customer may submit a complaint to the following address: bartekkruk.kontakt@gmail.com.
  2. Complaints are processed in a timely manner 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification.

§7. Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of the Customer's personal data is Bartłomiej Kruk.
  2. Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, managing the Customer account and newsletter – in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§8. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights shall apply.
  2. The store owner reserves the right to make changes to the regulations – changes do not affect orders placed before their introduction.
