Returns - Physical Products
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for a physical product within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment—without giving a reason. The product must not show any signs of use and must be returned in its original packaging.

In response, you will receive further instructions and an address for shipping your return.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the returned shipment.
Complaints
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please write to us as soon as possible at: bartekkruk.kontakt@gmail.com, attaching photos and a description of the problem. After your complaint is approved, we will offer you one of three options:
- free product replacement,
- repair,
- refund.
Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days.
Digital products (e.g. training plans, online access)
In accordance with applicable law, digital products (PDF files, access to online content, video recordings) are not subject to return once they have been paid for and made available if the user has agreed to commence performance before the withdrawal period expires.
